Longpré Ventures / Dustin Longpré

Based in Canada.
Working internationally.

Executive leadership for growth, operations and expansion.

I work with founders and CEOs to lead operating priorities, strengthen commercial systems and expand established businesses.

Particularly relevant to service businesses, multi-location companies and franchise systems.

Operating experience

Experience you can
connect to your business.

Prior business ownership / Alberta

Building a service business beyond the owner.

I built and operated home inspection territories in Red Deer, Leduc and Fort McMurray, with a subcontractor model connecting local business development and service delivery.

Inspectors delivered the work and developed their own referral relationships, supported by common scheduling, onboarding and service workflows.

GFO executive role / United States

Connecting franchise growth with operating execution.

My GFO responsibilities brought territory strategy, candidate qualification and the development pipeline together with onboarding, CRM processes and operating follow-through.

The work involved the CEO, franchise owners, colleagues and partners, with development and operations responsibilities within my remit.

When to bring me in

What needs an owner
in your business?

01 / Operating leadership

Too much comes back to the founder.

Your team can deliver, but you are still resolving handoffs and chasing commitments. Establish clear responsibilities, priorities and a regular way to review progress.

02 / Commercial execution

The growth plan needs operating follow-through.

Pipeline, follow-up and delivery are disconnected. Bring the commercial process and the people responsible for execution into the same operating plan.

03 / Expansion

The next market needs a workable model.

New locations or partners add decisions about standards, economics and control. Assess readiness and give the agreed rollout work a responsible leader.

Working together

Choose the responsibility.
Then shape the engagement.

We agree scope, authority, availability and how progress will be reviewed before work begins. Fees are private and negotiated case by case.
